Thanks  robin, for the great stuff on the seal and the Tuva  
connection etc. .

Richard Feynman  also went to Tuva after becoming fascinated by it  
because of its stamps, started a foundation called the Friends of  
Tuva, became a hero there and now has a Tuvan stamp in his honor.
