Thanks Tore and Ya Sam.

This is a good find. The idea of Tibet asserting its right to  
represent itself in trade while under foreign(totalitarian) rule  
takes on a more potent meaning than our cultural  image of the  
chamber of commerce, with the idea of "Agent " taking on classic  
Pynchonian dimensions ,especially when linked to the Tibetan  
resistance movement.
