ATDTDA (RIP)

Perhaps a future-host roll-call is in order -- confirmations of intent 
from each of those scheduled to host.  Then gaps can be filled further 
in advance.  Also, would an accelerated schedule be acceptable to each 
future-host?  This would seem to be the current schedule:
