I'm only beginning to catch up on the last several weeks here, but,
without having been here from the beginning (in fact, having entered
at one of the most contentious moments I've ever seen here), I will
say, this is going swimmingly in comparison to most anything I've ever
seen here. Friendly AND productive. And more Keith doesn't hurt,
that's for sure ...
And thanks for checking in on Rob, last I heard from him (so far as I
know/recall) was offlist, a troublingly accusatory message that I
could neither quite work out, or find a provocation for. Nor were
things clarified when I asked. I sent him some advance pages when I
got 'em, figuring he deserved 'em at LEAST as much as anyone, but ...
Well, for all the invective we might have exchanged (even when we
seemed to be in agreement ...), I certainly have no small respect for
him, CERTAINLY wouldn't want anything to have happened to him, and
think he'd certainly be of no small help here now ...
