that was David's insight.
-- it's hard to explain what I thought,
because the David/Laura insight is
at the front of my mind now.
I was imputing an understood "then" before the "not all..."
-- matching it up with the "if" early in the sentence.
ie: IF Capital's own books showed a balance towards damnation,
...(THEN), not all of their faces on the wanted bills (are going
to do something or other)(which the sentence never gets close
to saying.)
obviously fallacious...much less puzzled now...thanks!
