Moi.   For the most part,  I love Dick Hill's reading.  I think he's 
best in the humorous parts but he's quite good overall.      I read 
the book and listen to it and read and then listen.   Not at the same 
time, usually.  I agree that the female voices are a bit grating, 
whiny,  etc.  but some of the male voices are pretty lame, too. 
Furthermore,  because the book leaves so much open to interpretation, 
his may not be "the way" to read a particular line.   So I need the 
book to read, too.

A  plurivocal lady?  Perhaps.  But I'm not fond of multi-reader 
readings.   If you're interested,  Dune (the original Frank Herbert) 
is now available in MP3 download with multiple voices.
