This clip, actually, is astonishing. I will try my best to translate the
conversation between Lenin and the man reading a letter from peasants who
had turned against landowners. The movie is 'Lenin in October' of, course,
released by the way, in 1937.

The Man (reading): We, having returned from the front, got down to business:
we took the cattle, burnt down the Terentyevs. But we don't know: should we
take the land now or should we wait for some special instruction?

Lenin: Take it by all means! Tell them to take it away!

The Man (reading): What shall we do with the landowners?

Lenin: Drive them away! Kick them all out!

The Man: Here, he writes further: 'At first we wanted to drive them away,
but then we just killed all of them'.

Lenin: That's a very sensible letter.

He is much nicer with children on these stams:

And that's Lenin as a child himself:
