(np) Reich + French theory - does it get any better than this?

Well, we did see the Botticelli's Birth of Venus at the Uffizi (but
poorly lit).  But I gotta say that the Uffizi *museum* was a
disappointment.  Curatorial presentation was weak to non-existent.
But the building/public-space itself is very beautiful.  But if you
go, make sure to get reservations well in advance to avoid waiting in
the endless line.
