Pynchon in SOED

The full OED on CD-ROM does allow you to do a search by author of
quotations. I found 32 entries for "T. Pynchon" (and also one for "J.
Pynchon"). If anyone is interested I can provide a list...

First of all I'd like to thank everyone who advised me (on and offlist) to 
acquire SOED. I cracked it open today and was not disappointed. It 
definitely kicks ass! Makes a good companion to my Webster's International 
Dictionary. I like the opportunity of learning the dates of first recorded 
uses, and the illustrative material is top-notch. Moreover, I checked the 
index of the cited authors and was really glad to learn that TRP was 
included. I wish there were an accompanying CD to track down the word he is 
quoted on, but somehow I rely on my serendipity, so I will not be surprised 
if I stumble on it one day.
