Sopranos - Was: First Couple-Three...

Not clear at all either, in my opinion.
Chase had the opportunity of an artist's lifetime... he had tens of millions of people creating the tension all for him and he had a chance to make them all, regardless of if they liked it or not, THINK... and MOST I think did not want to think.
Can't pass that up... not ever. I feel bad for the people that thought the Melfi stuff was boring... those who just wanted to watch a mob-show... they got whacked.

I also LOVED the ending. No, it's certainly not clear that anyone got whacked. The implication seems more that on this day, as in every other day of Tony Soprano's life past and future, there's always a possibility that he'll get whacked. Not a difficult leap to reflections on our own lives.
It's a shame that one of the most intelligent and witty shows of all time has come to an end.

And unlike so many reviewers who wrote that the

>family members in the restaurant got whacked.
