Maybe TRP mightg say that there is a whole range of human differences, most of which
  can be worked out freely, anarchically, if we were healthy and whole...But
  The State exists to mediate the "ireconcialble differences".......basically, conflicting Desire
  to use that capped M & D word...

Does this meaning that maybe having a state and a government is a
