The Harper Perennial paperback from 1990 has the same pagination as the
first edition (183 pages). You should be able to find one on- or offline for
a couple of bucks:

The Buccaneer hardcover edition also has 183 pages.
In 1999, Harper reissued a repaginated edition (152) of Lot 49 as a Modern
Classic. Looks nicer, but they didn't bother to correct the typos from the
first edition (or the 1990 paperback).
