Dragon's teeth are rather smaller.  They're concrete obstacles a few feet
high, designed to impede tanks and other vehicles.  Wikipedia has additional
explanation, and a few pictures:

If you do a Google image search for the term, you'll find more photos.  Some
may be larger than a man -- the scale can be hard to gauge -- but I would
tend to doubt that they'd need to be that large.

Wonderful! Thanks, Monte - I especially liked the image of a tower partly 
covered in vines. It reminded me of this snippet from the beginning of part 
3 of GR:

"They found the countryside, this year, at peace by a scant few days. 
Already vines are beginning to grow back over dragon's teeth, fallen Stukas,

burned tanks." (GR, 281)

What are those weird towers, if not dragon's teeth?
