New edition of GR?

just seems to be a new cover... the description is from the 73... 

I was one of those idiots (I use the term lovingly) who bought the frank
miller cover cause I was expecting an illustration or TWO... and got none.

Those UK Editions with the "entropic" cover art.... now those are, for lack
of a better word...HEADDY.
