New edition of GR?

I'm gonna line up on the Frank-Miller-is-a-great-artist side on this
one.  I'm not wild about his right wing politics - but it's a free
country despite all the best efforts of his boy Bush.  

I'm not sure I can think of any comix artist widely acknowledged as great who I'd dissent on.  When I was a kid I thought Jack Kirby was over-rated, but now I love his weird blocky creations; and I certainly understand why he's regarded as one of the masters.  

Okay, here's the game - top 10 comic artists of all time (not cartoonists, right?) - not in any order, highly personal and all-that:

oh I couldn't disagree more, but then again I was introduced to Frank
 Miller
with his amazing Dark Knight stuff back when I was young enough to
 justify
reading comic books all day.

Frank Miller is the reason, IMHO, why many comix suck today.  how can
anybody say this guy can draw?
