Norman Mailer, requiescat in pace ...

Sad, I'm sad now.  I used to read a lot of Mailer back in the long long ago.

I liked Harlot's Ghost.  Executioner's Song.  Ancient Evenings.  I also 
liked Tough Guys Don't Dance but I would never recommend it to anyone 
(terrible!).
