This same Hirst guy just bought a huge old mansion:

of long-dead kings....the new owner of Toddington Manor, Gloucestershire. 
Damien Hirst, the sometime shark-pickler and cow-halver,
yesterday revealed he had bought the mansion and intends 
to turn it into a museum to house his collection of his own 
and other people's art."
 
so, despite what the preamble to the IWW constitution says,
I have something in common with at least one rich guy:
we both like fixer-uppers...
