ATDTDA (23): "it's way too late anymore" (643.10)

I've heard that use of "anymore" for "by now" or "at this late date" all my
life -- not often, but from several parts of the country. My guess is it's
just P's acquisitive ear, without any extra significance tied to the syntax,
but I've been wrong before. Often.
