Fwd: Kirkpatrick Sale in the Ny Times

  so, one question we might be interested in is "How close are TRP and ole friend K. Sale in the ideas and even recommended actions as in this piece."
   
  We know from the Stone Junction intro of 1997, that TRP was pretty negative about computers, too.
   
  BUT, this occurred to me belatedly---and is a spolier for those who have not finished most of AtD........
   
  When the Chums, "think of them as America" wrote John Leonard, leave their organization----could it be seen as a kind of secession?...like moving to a State such as Vermont, but only a State.....with the motto Live Free or Die, etc...........?/
