Well, I know who my (hu)man is, but I will note that Adonis, Ko Un,
Claus, Oz and Noteboom have been mentioned for years running now, and
there's been a spate of writers in English of late (and Roth  I
presume IS the frontrunner there), at least, so ...

Then again, Elfriede Jelinek was perhaps best known in Eng Lit circles
as a translator of Pynchon's, so ...
