Er, did I dream this? Any other flapjack jokes floating around?




Now this is something I never caught before.  Are flapjacks an in-joke throughout his novels?
 

Pynchon's numerous flapjack jokes include Mason about to be squashed by a tub balanced overhead, first meeting Professor Voam:
