I recall reading about this vernal Decaturian, who apparently engaged in
sexual activity with a liquid oxygen device... his phallus and testicles
icing over in the process, and, shortly afterwards, his anus too.

P.S. In June, I was asked about my opinion of the treatment of Finns in
AtD. Alas, I only noticed the thread a week or so later, and did not at
the time have the power to return to the question. Then again, I'd need
to reread the book; I finished it in early April. On the first reading,
however, nothing in the book really managed to upset or delight me, and
that goes for the portrayal of Finns too, I'm afraid.
