Went to the local Borders today to get away from familynoise and try to get some work accomplished ... when leaving, I noticed that the scroll version of On The Road has now hit the shelves ... maybe I'll get it when it comes out in paperback ... at the moment, I have more important things to spend $25 on ...

Perusing the new Library of America edition of "On the Road" I came across the expression "several couple."

A fellow from Mississippi whom Sal meets traversing America hasn't "seed his sister" in "several couple" years.
