That's the ONLY work by either man in their catalogue.  NOPL was in
pretty bad shape BEFORE Katrina.

We've got a very large percentage of our population that CAN'T READ!
The only silver lining I can see from Katrina is that the notoriously
corrupt public school system pretty much collapsed, opening the way
for a whole new world of Charter schools.  If we are ever to break the
cycle of poverty her, it has to start there.
