My friend Jerry at work recently got one,
and I'm not kidding, he was glowing

but my other friend Bob at work told me the guy across the
street from him got one and bled to death internally from some
kind of complication...

if true - not sayin' Bob's a liar, but I don't
know if he has a fact-checking department -
anyway, if true, probably a very rare occurrence...
