be found in Playboy?  Or your purport was toward another point
than my Baedeker comment?

...because a search revealed a Henry Roskolenko
who wrote several books called "Baedeker of a Batchelor"
and also wrote about Japan (having spent time there and
speaking the language) and also wrote for Playboy at times

However, I didn't actually see the three items in conjunction,
ie a "Baedeker of a Batchelor" published in Playboy, set in Japan...
