For an interesting book that goes into a lot of angles on Lucifer/Venus
connection, I'm (recommending) reading Mark Booth's Secret History of the
World. Lucifer also brings us mathematics, Mr Booth details... Lucifer is
represented by the planet Venus whereas Satan is represented by Saturn.
Saturn is the planet representing business...
Quite a page turner and nice side read for any Pynchon novel.
