Hi, I haven't posted anything to the P-List yet, but I have been following along for a couple years now.  I wanted to introduce myself and would like to participate in the VL group read.  I'm not sure what all I sure do for the Chapter chosen, so if you could help me out that would be great.  Just a brief Pynchon background on me so hopefully I come across as somewhat legitate:  I have a degree in English from Miami University where I took a class dedicated to TP, however VL was the only novel we didn't read for class (and AtD, since it was not released at that time).  Pynchon is one of my favorite authors and I would be delighted to participate regularly in Pynchon discussions in the future.  I have posted a Chapter I'd like to take, please let me know if its still available or not.  Thanks!!!
