Format junk - individual posts v. digest

John Bailey asked why some subscribers don't see the junk and others  
do. I get the p-list as a digest, rather than receiving each message  
individually (which would be way too much overhead...), and perhaps  
it's just in digest form that it's an issue.

So I'd be curious to know the thoughts of others here. Of course, if  
it's just digest subscribers, it's still a good-neighbor policy to  
send with plain text to create a good experience for all.
