Fw: Clues for tech wizards

This is for all Lew Archer-like tech wizards who want to figure out the Archives
posting mystery. 

Tim Ware sent me an example of the simple post I made today
to another's post. It had gunk appended and had added gunk to the post
I forwarded (Kai's). See email end, if necessary.

After getting my setting back the other day to where it had always been--after setting it
differently thinking wrongly that it was incorrect---I have not changed it--and won't. 

It even says that the Content-Type is 'text/plain'.

Robin, others? have pointed out that archiving sometimes comes out bad even if done
right. 

so, for all ye tech wizards to figure it out, I can only offer that I am today on a different,
newer computer than I have been.
