To Dave Monroe, Kai and to Werner Presber (who's rich text post was  
about the only one in this latest digest), let me just say:

If asking Kai to post in plain text was just a bit too rough for him,  
I really don't know what to say. I asked him a couple times to play  
along, offering my assistance if needed, and he just bailed. Seems a  
bit childish, no?

If some folks don't see the mess that many of us see, then we can  
either say, Well fuck the ones who see a mess. I don't so I don't care  
-- or we can make the really-not-too-difficult step of posting in  
plain text.

It *may* be that if you receive the p-list as individual posts, rather  
than in digest form, it's not an issue. Is this the case?

Dave, Do you get a digest or individual posts? I would suspect that  
it's only when you have the formatting code of many different email  
clients that most email readers (I use Mac Mail on OS 10.5.6, and also  
Squirrelmail which is Web-based) can't handle the many formats and  
just blow up and spew formatting code. But the archived posts have the  
same issue.

I must say that it appears most on this list have played along with my  
request and the result is a much easier-to-read digest.

So thanks to all. Hopefully, everybody understands I'm doing this so  
that the wisdom of this list is readable by all.
