I remember first hearing the "Feeling Like I'm Fixin' to Die Rag" on
"underground radio KPPC" in 1967. It was pretty popular with the likes
of DL and Zoyd back then.
I'd say that the end of the sixties as a party was 1967, but the end
end of the sixties as a social movement corresponds pretty closely
with the publication of Gravity's Rainbow.
I'll bet that KPPC and KPFK will appear in the I.V.
