I used to get most of my mail from a unix c-shell account using PINE.
It faithfully printed out all the embedded HTML codes making reading
simple messages annoying. I finally gave up my PINE although I liked
the easy format for reading and replying much better than any mail
program I've seen since. Perhaps someone has modified PINE so it now
reads HTML as it was intended to be read, but when I used it, if there
was such a feature, I never found it.
