The location is my hometown - the date two months ago.  The culprits  
are not individuals but little Mexican gangs using our forests  
because bringing it in from Mexico has got so much harder.  I live  
about 15 miles from Sequoia National Forest.   It's back there in my  
hills,  along with all the poison that goes with it.   Some of those  
helicopters I hear are probably them - although I'd say they'd likely  
fly straight south to the desert.
