Here's another - I just noticed that Bobby Seale's _Seize the
Time_: The Story of the Black Panther Party and Huey P. Newton
(1970) is available on the web:

Contains, among other things, quite a bit on the internal rift
within the Black Panther Party over whether the party should
(Seale and Newton) or should not (Carmichael) collaborate with
white radicals.
An adaptation of the book's "Huey Digs Bob Dylan" section was,
of course, included in "I'm Not There". Huey to Bobby: "You've
got to understand that this song [Ballad of a Thin Man] is
saying a hell of a lot about society."
