No, not really. Sometimes we sarcastically call people 'Blockwart' who 
are overly pedantic. Kai's remark certainly was not in good humour or 
taste, especially not since he couples 'Blockwart' with 'saeubern', but 
he was not seriously calling you a Nazi. It was ill-humoured taunting, 
if that makes sense...
