Me, I either hit the local public university, or get friends
(students, professors) to print up things for me.  However, that
particular essay's made the rounds, reprinted in, say ....

... which, if not available @ one's local library, can be easily
obtained through interlibrary loan, and isn't all too expensive on the
secondary market, even.  I won't get a chance to do so until after the
holidays, but I'm uually a pretty good sport about sending the
occasional xerox along as well ...
