ATDTDA 748–778

Hi everyone!
 
My stint as a host for pp. 748-778 begins today, but before starting I have to apologise for not being thoroughly prepared. Looking at the few notes I have scribbled so far I realise that most of these just double what anyone can find at PynchonWiki, and although I tried to fish something extra, I have to admit that what is going to follow is a pathetic googling+cut and paste affair, without much of an insight on my part. Those will be annotations of sorts, with some questions and appeals to the audience. Sorry for being self-defeating and discouraging from the very start, but that's the way things are at the moment.
