Where are the hard-flaming e-gladiators of yore?

My contributions to the list had long become sporadic when the
short period of list moderation started. A message of mine was
banned from the list. It concerned Doug Millison's (even by his
standards) abhorrent actions against a young female lister from
South America. So I sent a solemn, most upset message of
unsubscription to the list... only to return a few months later.

My reread of AtD has been really sporadic too, which does not
promise well for my April hosting. But I'm in the process of
coercing myself into it.
