Where are the hard-flaming e-gladiators of yore?

At the risk of being branded an apostate, I enjoyed Doug's contributions and
couldn't understand the hostility. As a result, I was accused of actually
being Doug. Since I use my real name, and a quick search will prove that,
Doug would have had to go to extraordinary means to create a persona with
fake photographic evidence and multiple other personae to vouch for it. That
was not considered unreasonable. That was my introduction to the P-list.
