 From the little I've heard of it (tv music for kids) -- I have no
children, but a slew of nieces and nephews -- I have no doubt that
you're right.? When I was a kid I had an old 78 of Spike Jones
with "Hawaiian War Chant" on one side and "Chloe" on the other.? I
played it till it was bald.? God? knows what my parents
suffered, but Spike Jones is better by a degree of ten than a?
cartoon animal singing something witless, intended to educate, and
musically banal.

only thing worse than commercial jingles are the themes from children's
shows.? If you've lived in a household with a small person who
watches cartoons every morning? before school, you'll know what I
mean.?
