Things in my life are crazy, and I have to extend my sincerest apologies to 
everyone on the list for not getting my section going yet.  I'm usually not 
this disorganized and unprepared ...

I was hoping a few of the remaining threads would sustain the discussion for 
a coupla days, and I think they have, but now it's time to pick things up on 
my end.

I am going to begin posting later today.  Again, I'm sorry for fumbling the 
ball ...
