Here are some other popular series on criticism and interpretation of
literature. 
University presses put out individual monographs, but larger sets come from
the bigger publishers, and contain collections of interpretation and
criticism.

Oxford world's classics. Authors in context.
Norton critical edition. 
Amistad literary series. (Penguin--African American literature)
Critical companion. Facts on File (age 14 reading level)
Critical Companions to Popular Contemporary Writers. (includes James
Herriot, and Gore Vidal?!?) Greenwood.
Greenwood Press "Literature in context" series (high school)

Some other items on the market are the cheap Sparknotes series, which is
like cliffs notes really.
