Chomsky, my understanding is, carries a red IWW card...

(which btw is not in the constitution, rather it "jes grew"...)
I say, I say, his rejection of the 2 parties is based on
his preference for anarcho-syndicalism ( syndicalist.org )
and direct action.
Based on the only place I've seen anarcho-syndicalism actually
working, which is the Monty Python Grail movie, it sounds like it
might be worth some study (-;
However, the IWW won some important free speech battles and
definitely is worth study as being germane to _Vineland_ but also
some interesting history and characters...
And even those who vote and otherwise grace the representative
government with their attention can still profit from the lessons of direct
action. Since that is really the only way anything actually gets done!
