An all powerful monetary conglomerate led by a Hearst style
industrialist (Sir Derek Jacobi) covertly controls America and decides
to become overt. The denouement is played out over Manhattan's skies -
all that stands in the way of saving the Land of the Free and the
powers of evil being a bunch of wild west pilots flying their
Mustangs.
