No miracles there -- all five references were noted in the Pynchon Wiki (http://against-the-day.pynchonwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=M).

And now that I've learned that Amazon has searchable AtD text (thank you, Michael Bailey!), it is easy enough to confirm that the Wiki users, god bless 'em, did indeed identify every time the word "McTaggart" is written in the text.
