I have a theory about why men read in the loo, but (for the most part) women
don't: 
men only sit when they're gonna... 
be there a while :-)

And yes, I admit to rereading both GR and Ulysses that way.

I would, depends on what's laying around. Still grazing [a second pass
[fwiw] through "Lipstick Traces", and the Loo seems like a particularly apt
reading space for Greil Marcus' logorrheic fit on Punk and its sources.

I want a show of hands---how many of you read Joyce's "Ulysses" on the loo?
