Hey All -

this doorstopper conversation has really got me thinking.  When i was  
probably WAY too young to appreciate him ... I read a few works by  
Kenneth Roberts...

Northwest Passage (which I remember LOVING) and Arundel... and Rabble  
In Arms...

in the lit world... or lit underground as I suppose the P-list is a  
part...

are these works considered BS... or respectable... thoughts?  Anyone  
else read any of Kenneth Roberts stuff?

Interesting note on Roberts... he went to Cornell... graduated in  
1908...  wrote two of their fight songs and was a member of the Quill  
and Dagger society.

Anyway - i would love to hear what some of you think... as i've been  
taking notes respectfully during this whole doorstopper  
converstaion... I think my Wish-List is well over $150.. .lol...  
(wait... that may be sad)
