	Great! Thanks. I have "Days Between Stations" and I like
the title so much I haven't been able to read to the book. I will
now! I have a copy of "The Haunting of L" and so will probably
read it. I'll definitely read Jim Dodge's "Stone Junction".

	Right now I am reading Bolano's "The Savage Detectives",
and, very unusual for me, I am also reading a second book of
fiction: "Total Fears" by Bohimil Hrabal.
	I'm struck by the similarities:
	Both are memoir-like, poets socializing and talking about
their histories. Both are heavily influenced by events in 1968:
Hrabal discusses the Prague Spring, and then two days of tanks;
Bolano discusses the brutal suppression of students at UNAM the
university in Mexico City.
	Both are very good.
