Pynchon's meaningful AtD colors..from a NR interview with the Socialist candidate

just a few sorted thoughts on politics and colors

a) for America as it ought to be, a variegated pastel like the deckle pages
of some good books

b) Hunter green for America as it is, or camo maybe...

c) Barack Obama would profit greatly from a reading of AtD
That would be so awesome, if he would take the last week off
and read AtD and announce that he's doing so!

d) My niece loaned me the first 4 seasons of The West Wing.
She said it wasn't the same after Sorkin left.  I found it to be
a great show and am tempted to continue, just to find out
what John Goodman did as President...
